Description
The Gordon Peeler with clamp is a white coated steel plate which clamps to the bench or table by pressing the plastic slider sideways. It has a swiveling hardened blade slotted into the top which is operated by holding a vegetable and pushing it over the blade away from the user. This clever design enables vegetables to be peeled one-handed.
Specification: Clamps onto table tops between 1.2 and 5.5cm thick.
